    This model was exhibited by the manufacturer at the Philadelphi Centennial, 1876.  The Hunterian, Glasgow acquired a pair in lacquered brass from the John Scott Collection in 2015. Other examples, in cast-iron, include those in the collections of theToledo Museum of Art and the Carnegie Museum of Art.
